Most of these positive reviews are fake.
I’ve been using this service since ELD mandate went live. Its been years since they went live and they are still having issues with dropped connections, unsuccessful connections, and inability to locate the blutooth scanner. When you call their support they only have one solution, unplug the bluetooth scanner, restart the app and if that doesn’t work then restart your phone and finally delete and install the app again.
They have so many bugs that you need to keep an eye on updates every single week. And sometimes you do get lucky and your app will work for a week and but then stop working after another update. Sarcasm.
When you look at the list of features, it looks like a no brainer, they have a lot to offer. But here is the catch: most of them don’t work.
The features that worked fine were fault code reader, truck speed, voltage and fuel level. Thats it! A few months ago the live gps truck tracking also worked well, but they updated their dashboard, and now its a hit and miss. It will show you a truck location with massive delays. The uploaded document links stopped working too. So if your driver uploaded a bol, you can’t see it.
The connectivity issues with dropped connections make the reporting tools useless. You will be missing THOUSANDS of miles. That means every month, you will have to recalculate your miles to make sure you are not missing any.
Finally, they are always raising and adding fees if you are trying to leave. Initially, it was a month-to-month service. If you wanted to leave you had to give them a 60-day notice and you were free to end the service. Over the last 2 years, they’ve added many different fees that it will costs you $150/per truck if you want to end the service regardless of the fact that you gave them notice.
Their service might improve with the rollout of the new scanner, Ez-Smart, but it will cost you an additional one-time fee of $169 plus an adaptor cost if you drive anything other than a Volvo.
It’s very good service! Pretty easy to use app! Customer service 24/7 I love it. They always help me with all issues I have sometimes and always explain everything! Nice to work with this company.

very convenient app has all the needed features makes it a lot easier on me as a safety person and to keep track on my drivers also love that it has a score card for each driver which notifies me when driver is speeding or breaking to hard
this app is amazing easy to use and has many nice features and I love that it has a trip planner helps a lot and makes life a lot easier with it and love that I can see weather in areas im heading to and can see gass prices…

Very EZ app for drivers. Including fleet management site with many innovative options and solutions. Even though they have tutorial videos in the app, which is very handy on the go. Customer service also very helpful, regarding any questions drivers has. And it’s truly is the best fleet management solutions.

What really stands out about this company is their customer service, and how they explain how to use the system. Very simple, like it a lot.
I’ve been using Ezlogz for over a year now. It’s easy to use and my drivers understand how to use it unlike other companies. Their customer service really goes above and beyond no matter what the issue is. I won’t be using any other company because there’s no one else that really cares about their customers like how Ezlogz does.
Great product really like how simple and straight forward it is. There customer service stands apart from most ELD company’s, always talking to a real person.
Simply the best platform, very easy to use for drivers, a lot of features for safety so I can organize and manage my drivers more efficiently. Their customers service is outstanding, always there to help and never leave issues unresolved. Of course there can be some issue once in a while, nothing is perfect, but at the end of the day everything is resolved.
I loved the product it the software worked great. They have a lot of features that are really helpful, The geofence feature is super helpful, I will put up a geofence at all of are busy loading docks and it lets me know about how long my drivers will be stuck there.
I stopped working with them. Used to have 3 ELD devices. All of them never worked fine. I spent a lot of time with support team and been told that my 2 smartphones (6 and 7) and Galaxy tablet are too bad to work with their ELD. My drivers tried to work with their smartphones. No one connect was succesfull. Only one smartphone I could connect to ELD and it was never showed me driving all my way from Charlotte NC to Atlanta GA and back. It was showing me ACTIVE thats it. Support is working fine, but they could not recolve the problem other than promise to issue new software update that not working too or buy the new smartphone.
